Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course to confirm your registration.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
2. Course Participation

Eligibility: Courses are open to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced coders.

Materials: Course participants may be required to use their own devices and software tools. Specific requirements will be communicated prior to the course.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and collaborative learning environment. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the course.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, including coding exercises and instructional materials, is the property of Code Wizards Academy and may not be shared or redistributed without permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality courses, Code Wizards Academy is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in our classes.
5. Course Modifications
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors if necessary. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified in advance.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes related to these terms shall be settled under Singaporean law.
